Request for Bids for hiring of transportation

   The Embassy of India requires transports for a high level delegation scheduled to visit Washington DC on 29 - 30 September, 2014. The estimated quantum of requirement would be around 100 vehicles which will be a mix of Sedans (mostly) and some 7-pax Vans, SUVs, 15-pax Vans, Mini Buses and Luggage Trucks. Interested transport companies may send their offers in a sealed envelope latest by 18 September 2014 to: Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Washington DC, 2107 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington DC 2008. Embassy of India reserves the right to negotiate the offered rates and award the job to a panel of companies based on its requirement.
