"Holi in America: Celebrating Colours of India-US friendship" - Embassy of India event for US Congressional Staffers

The Embassy of India organized a dinner interaction - "Holi in America: Celebrating Colours of India-US friendship" at the Embassy in Washington D.C. on 10th March, 2015. Bringing together Congressional staffers from US House of Representatives and Senate, the event showcased President Obama's very substantive visit to India bringing out the different colours of the India-US friendship. Ambassador Taranjit Singh Sandhu, Charge d'Affaires, Embassy of India addressed the Congressional Staffers on the various facets of the India-US relationship, commenting that the "relations between India and the U.S. have never been as strong" and highlighted the key proposals in the recent Indian Budget which would lead to resurgence in investment flows from US to India.
